Currently working on this enchanted session I shot April 3rd at Stanley Park with the very talented Chloe Divine aka Hellcat Beauty. Every time we do a shoot I'm super excited. We naturally frolicked around Stanley Park showing too much skin and looking crazy. All in a days work. Many spectators as usual. Most squirrels :D We ended our shoot at 3rd beach during the sunset. It was my first time putting my feet in sand this year. Loved every minute of it. Creative therapy sessions with good friends are ALWAYS needed.
For those following along on my Facebook Fanpage, I did a March Contest. I originally was going to pick one person. But I decided to be ambitious and pick 10. Everyone was so nice and said such sweet things that I wanted to show my gratitude. If you didnt win, fear not, Ill be doing more like this for Fall sessions. Probably do them for my off times (spring and fall). Fall will be for Halloween which means gore themes (sorry I do not do cute) :D ...My favorite!
I did a cute little shoot at trout lake May 25th, here in east vancouver, Canada . It was a funny day per usual, the weather was all over the map. Some shots were bright and some were dark. I really enjoyed doing a casual shoot for the day. It was a nice change of pace. I even walked home after with all my gear (30 minute walk). She did a really great job of your costume and keeping on point during the shoot. Lovely to finally work together
Saturday was rainy and stormy, but we braved through a 7 hour wrap up and made ever minute count. I worked with an entire new team and boy was it ever amazing. Skye is a joy to work with. She has the most beautiful designs I had the pleasure of shooting. Robyn was all smiles and giggles the entire time shooting (even in the stormy cold rain). Wonder model and person. I also had the wonderful pleasure of working with a new and upcoming Muah, Tiana, who made every moment count. 5 different makeup looks. Super impressive. Working at a novice level.
Skye spoiled us by bring sandwiches, tea, water, fruit and goodies. I simple adore editorial collaborations. Especially when every person is super positive, energetic, excited and all pull together with suggestions and options. What a great experience. Skye was there the entire time dressing, adjusting and taking care of everyone. The shoot didn't even seem that long.
We are saving these for publications so I can only share our bts, but I hope you enjoy them as much as I do

Im learning to shoot with two models at a time right now. It only took me 7 years to be open to it lol. Ive always been a more one on one. But I'm having fun trying to pair up models and put a vision in place. Posing and directing two different people takes far longer than I thought but the end result and bond we all form together is really fun! I see my Saturdays being spent more this way.
All sessions will now be posted here going forward. Please stop by to check them out :)
